It's been 90 days of using saffron and I couldn't be happier with the effects. My mood has gone from up and down throughout the day to more even and steady, and less stressful. Also, my appetite. I don't find myself getting snacks or munchies nearly as much. I eat 3 meals a day for around 1500 calories and feel full between meals.
After taking the supplement daily for 30 days I feel a subtle change in my mood, I feel a little elevated and during times of high stress I feel a little more calm and able to think my way out of the situation instead of over react.
