We at Luma Nutrition believe in our products. Therefore we are offering a 90 day money-back guarantee. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Steps to Return

  1. Email customer service at or go on our "Contact Us" section 
  2. Explain the reason you would like a refund and put the following in your email: Order Number, Name, Email Address
  3. You must return all bottles that you received in your original order, whether they are opened, used, unopened. We cannot accept returns that don't include every single bottle.
  4. You must also include a written note with your name and order number in the package so our team can correctly process your refund.

Additional Notes

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping when they return products. Luma Nutrition cannot refund shipping.
  2. All refunds have to be returned back to the original payment method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Credit Cards, etc). Alternatively we can issue store credit for a future purchase.
