Any order from lumanutrition.com, for any reason, within 90 days of delivery. Opened, used, unopened, and empty bottles are all covered, and every bottle you're returning must be included. Refunds cover the product cost; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

We email you a prepaid return label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. You'll see your estimated refund before you submit your return.

What about subscription orders?

Each subscription shipment has its own 90-day window, so you can return one shipment and keep the others. Returning an order does not cancel your subscription. To skip, pause, or cancel future shipments, visit your account .

My order arrived damaged or I got the wrong item

Don't send it back. Contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Orders placed on Amazon aren't covered by this policy. Contact us and we'll help you sort it out.

My refund hasn't arrived yet

First check with your bank or card company, since refunds can take several business days to post. If it still hasn't arrived, email help@lumanutrition.com and we'll track it down.

Our team will help you and, if you'd like to go ahead with a return, send you a link to start it online.

Choose what to return

Enter your order number and checkout email, select the items, and review your estimated refund before you submit. The cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.

Get your label

We'll review your request and email you a return shipping label. Please don't mail anything back before you receive it.

Ship it back

Print the label, pack every bottle you selected (opened or not), attach the label, and drop the package off with the carrier shown. Keep your tracking number until your refund arrives.

Get your refund

Once we receive your return, we'll email you when your refund is processed. Allow 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
