How to return an order

Send your order number and name to help@lumanutrition.com, or use our contact form. Let us know why it wasn't right for you — it helps us improve.

Get your return instructions
We'll reply with simple instructions, including where to send your return. Please wait for these before mailing anything — packages sent to the wrong address can't be processed. Include every bottle from your original order, opened or not.

Receive your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear.

Any order, for any reason, within 90 days of purchase — opened or unopened. Refunds cover the product cost; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and return shipping isn't refundable. For larger returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
