90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Products purchased on lumanutrition.com can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund, including opened, used, or empty bottles. After 90 days from delivery, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

How to start a return
Contact us at help@lumanutrition.com, call (323) 274-1407, or use our Contact Us page, and include your order number. We'll help you and send you a link to start your return online. After you submit your return, we'll review it and email you a return shipping label. Please don't mail anything back before you receive your label.

Return shipping
The cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund. You'll see your estimated refund before you submit your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive your return. Allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions
Each subscription shipment has its own 90-day return window. Returning a shipment does not cancel your subscription. You can skip, pause, or cancel future shipments anytime from your account.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return it.
