Shipping policy

General Information

We ship Monday through Friday from our U.S. warehouse. Most orders placed by 11 AM EST ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend ship the following business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping to the USA applies to all subscription orders, and to one-time orders over $50.

United States Shipping

We ship to all 50 states. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days via USPS. Please allow up to 4 extra days for orders to Hawaii or Alaska.

Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada comes with an extra shipping fee, calculated at checkout. Keep in mind that getting through Canadian customs can take some extra time, but orders usually arrive within about 7 days.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. International orders come with additional shipping charges, calculated at checkout. International orders never qualify for free shipping.

Please allow up to two weeks for international delivery. Shipping times are longer due to customs.
