Typically orders are shipped out the same day. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days for USA orders. International shipping will take longer due to needing to go through customs.

The shelf life of our products is generally 2 or 3 years from the date of manufactured. The expiration date is underneath the bottle. We really hope that you won't take that long to finish your bottle :)

This is a great question and the honest answer is that it's going to depend on your age, gender, weight, height, physical characteristics, diet, exercise program and goals. Some clients start seeing results in the first 2 weeks of using the products and others by the end of the first bottle.
