The label is the source of truth
Every bottle lists the complete ingredient panel, including "Other Ingredients" (capsule materials and fillers) and any allergen statements. If you have a food allergy, always read the label of the exact bottle you have, since formulations can be updated over time.
Why is rice flour in my supplement?
Rice flour is a common, inert filler used to properly fill capsules when the active ingredient doesn't take up the full capsule space. It also helps the powder flow evenly during manufacturing so every capsule contains a consistent dose. It's gluten-free and widely used across the supplement industry.
Is it gluten-free?
Our products don't use wheat-based ingredients, and fillers like rice flour are naturally gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or a serious gluten sensitivity, check the label on your bottle and contact us with the product name — we'll confirm the current formulation for you.
Soy: a note on Nattokinase
Nattokinase is derived from natto (fermented soybeans). Fermentation typically removes most soy proteins, but if you have a soy allergy, talk with your doctor before taking it.
Shellfish: a note on Glucosamine
Glucosamine is typically derived from shellfish shells. The allergy-triggering proteins are in the flesh, not the shell, and most people with shellfish allergies tolerate glucosamine well — but if your allergy is severe, consult your doctor first.
