How to Change Your Shipping Address
On an order you just placed
Orders usually ship within 24 hours, so time matters:
- Call (323) 274-1407 or email help@lumanutrition.com right away
- Include your order number and the correct address
- If the order hasn't shipped, we'll update it
If the order already shipped to the wrong address, contact us anyway — we'll help sort it out, including sending a replacement if the package can't be recovered.
For future subscription shipments
You can update your address yourself anytime:
- Log in at https://lumanutrition.com/a/account/login
- Open your subscription settings
- Edit your shipping address
The new address applies to every shipment going forward. Or contact us and we'll update it for you.
Moved recently?
Update your address in your account and consider setting up USPS mail forwarding — it's a good safety net for any package already in transit.
