Logging In to Your Account#

Your account is where you can see your orders, track shipments, and manage your subscription — all in one place.

How login works (no password needed)#

1. Go to https://lumanutrition.com/a/account/login
2. Enter the email address you used when ordering
3. We email you a one-time code — enter it and you're in

There's no password to remember or reset.

Didn't receive your code?#

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Make sure you entered the same email you used to order — codes go to that address only
• Wait a minute and request a new code (only the newest code works)
• Using an email you no longer have access to? Contact us and we'll update the email on your account

What you can do in your account#

• See your order history and tracking for recent orders
• Manage your subscription — cancel, pause, skip, change dates or products
• Update your shipping address and payment method

This help center can't access your personal order details, but our support team can. Call (323) 274-1407 or email help@lumanutrition.com from the email address on your order, and we'll find your order, resend tracking, or check your subscription for you.
