When is shipping free?
- Orders of $50 or more ship free (standard shipping)
- Subscription orders always ship free, no matter the order size
Orders under $50 have a standard shipping charge that's shown at checkout before you pay.
How fast is shipping?
- Orders typically ship within 24 hours
- Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS
- You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships
Can I combine two orders into one shipment?
Once orders are placed, they're sent to our warehouse right away, so we usually can't combine separate orders. If you just placed both orders, contact us immediately and we'll see what's possible.
Do you ship in hot weather?
Yes. Our capsules and softgels ship year-round. Summer heat can occasionally soften softgels in transit — if your product arrives melted or stuck together, contact us and we'll send a free replacement. You don't need to return anything.
