How Discount Codes Work
The basics
- One discount code per order — codes can't be combined with each other
- Codes DO apply on top of bundle quantity discounts — if you buy a multi-bottle bundle at the bundle price, your code still works on top of that
- Enter your code in the discount box at checkout before paying
Forgot to apply your code?
It happens all the time — and we'll make it right. Contact us after your purchase with:
- Your order number
- The code you meant to use
We'll apply the discount for you.
Code not working?
- Check for typos and extra spaces
- Codes can expire or be limited to certain products — the checkout will tell you if a code can't be applied
- Trying to use two codes? Only one can be applied per order — the checkout keeps whichever you entered last
- Still not working? Contact us and we'll look into it
A note on offers
Promotions change over time, so an offer you saw in an old email or ad may no longer be active. If you're unsure whether a code is still valid, just ask us.
